Booking & Refund Policy
Clear, fair, and simple policies for our valued students.
We believe that a clear and fair policy builds trust. Our rules are designed to respect the valuable time of both our students and our tutor, ensuring a professional and consistent learning environment for everyone.
The 12-Hour Rule (for 1-on-1 Lessons)
You can cancel or reschedule your private lesson for any reason and receive a full refund or a free lesson credit, provided you do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled lesson time. Cancellations made within the 12-hour window are not eligible for a refund or credit.
The 3-Hour Rule (for Group Sessions)
For group sessions, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit. This allows other students a chance to take the open spot.
Late Arrival Policy
Your tutor will wait for you for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time of the lesson. If the student has not joined within 15 minutes, the lesson is considered a 'No-Show' and will be forfeited without a refund.
Tutor Absence Policy
In the extremely rare event that the tutor has an emergency and must cancel a lesson, you will be notified immediately. You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a complimentary lesson credit for the inconvenience.
Technical Issues
If a lesson is significantly disrupted due to technical problems from the tutor's side, you will be offered a replacement session. If the issue is on the student's end, the lesson will be considered completed. We advise testing your connection beforehand.
Go to your Student Dashboard, find the upcoming lesson, and select the 'Reschedule' option. This will automatically credit your account, allowing you to book a new time slot immediately.
For eligible cancellations (outside the 12-hour window), please email us directly at mahdernmamo@gmail.com with your booking details to request a refund.
We understand that true emergencies happen. Once per calendar year, we allow students to request a 'grace cancellation' within the 12-hour window. This is handled on a case-by-case basis via email.
